STYLING

My styling service includes a sit down chat with you regarding your needs and wants with all of the 'visuals'. All the pretty things that make up: your table settings, your stationery, your furniture options and even your florals! I will take what I got from our conversation and put together a mood board/ styling guide. I will attach links to products from hire companies that I think work perfectly and work with you on creating your dream look, and then put it all together on your big day! This service includes having me for up to 5 hours on-site at your venue to create magic.

All prices to be quoted after initial meet. Starting from $870.

With this service, you are in charge of hiring all equipment and liaising with all of your vendors during the planning process.

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION

My On-The-Day Coordination package allows for a pre-wedding catch up chat (generally a month-2 weeks prior) to go over all of your details of the whole day - ceremony and reception. This includes vendors, run sheets and set up. I can guide you through anything that is missing, as well as go over your styling visions for the day. It also includes me for up to 10 hours on the day for me to set tables and execute all of your styling needs, coordinate your ceremony, coordinate all formalities and make sure everything runs smoothly. 

This service varies in price depending on how many hours are expected. Starting from $1750+gst.

With this service, you are in charge of hiring all equipment and liaising with all of your vendors during the planning process.

COORDINATION AND STYLING (PACKAGE)

My coordination and styling service includes an initial sit down chat with you regarding your needs and wants with all of the 'visuals'. All the pretty things that make up: your table settings, your stationery, your furniture options and even your florals! I will take what I got from our conversation and put together a mood board/ styling guide so you can visualise your wedding. I will attach links to products from hire companies that I think work perfectly in creating your dream look. I will also work on a floorplan with you, so you can see how your wedding will look space-wise, as well as sussing out quantities of items you need to hire.

On the day of your wedding, I will take all of your styling needs and style on the day. This one is great as I will be there through the visual creation of your dream, through to execution on the day, without having to rely on your suppliers to get the styling right.

This package also includes all of the above OTD Coordination as well.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

The whole sha-bang! My planning service is all things logistics; all of the nitty gritty that is required for the most seamless and stress free event. This means I will liaise with all vendors and hire companies, do a site visit (or two!), put together run sheets, work within your budget, draw a floor plan, work with you on seating charts and make sure everything is perfection. I generally include a few in person catch ups for this service as I want you to be as involved with the planning side as you would like. Also includes the above services, including all the On-The-Day Coordination - this really is the whole package!
